The Methodists of Estill County are delighted to welcome Rev. Wayne Everman as evangelist for a revival October 18-21. Services will begin at 6:00 p.m. each evening at Irvine United Methodist Church on Main Street, host church for the revival. Special music will be provided, and a nursery will be available each service. A pot luck dinner will be held after the morning service on October 18.
Rev. Wayne Everman is an ordained elder and commissioned evangelist in the Church of the Nazarene. He has been in the evangelistic field for over 30 years. Between revivals, Rev. Everman serves Ravenna Nazarene Church as a part-time interim pastor and member.
Wisemantown United Methodist and Cedar Grove United Methodist Churches join with Irvine United Methodist to invite everyone to this ecumenical event. Rev. Don Hatton, IUMC pastor, says of Rev. Everman’s preaching, “When I heard Bro. Everman at West Bend, I knew that his anointed messages were needed in Estill County. His personal compassion and inspirational testimony have brought many to Christ. I know that God is leading him to us.”
