Beulah Henry Noland,  77
Beulah Henry Noland,  77, of Ridge Road died Wednesday, Sept. 8, at  Marcum & Wallace Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was born March 1, 1933 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Zeke and Mary Henry. She was a retired restaurant employee and was a member of the Ravenna Church of the Nazarene. She had lived in Estill County all of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray J. Noland; one grandson, Gabriel A. Witt; four sisters, Lillie Mae Henry, Bessie Saylor, Hazel Colwell and Lou Ann Johnson, three brothers, Johnny, Albert and Garnett Henry.
She is survived by four daughters, Sharon Tipton and husband Tracy of Estill County, Pamela Noland of Estill County, Donna Witt and husband David of Estill County, and Deborah Hackworth and husband Jim of Richmond, one son, Harry Glen Noland and wife Dawn of Estill County, one sister, Mary Webb of Louisville, one brother, Luther Henry of Shelbyville, nineteen grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Sept. 11, at 2 p.m. at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Bob Mills. Burial was at the West Ivine Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be, Kevin Colwell, Danny Noland, John Henry, Josh Witt, Phillip Noland, Larry Noland and Josh Williams.

Claude Maxwell Johnson, 79
Claude Maxwell Johnson, 79, of Florence, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010 at his home. Born on Oct. 23, 1930, he was a son of the late Fred and Sarah Elizabeth Marcum Johnson. He married Mary Elizabeth McDonald and his wife precedes him in death. He was a retired tool and die maker with National Band and Tag, and a veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by five daughters; Bonita (Ralph) Marshall of Villa Hills, Claudette (Ron) Howard of Independence, Denise (Bruce) Koehler of Union, Michele (Rob) Bass of Florence, Sheila Burton of Ft. Thomas, 1 son; Victor Johnson of Lake Mary, 15 grandchildren; Felicia Rayburn (whom he raised), Eric Marshall, Bryan Marshall, Jessica Brown, Ronnie Howard, Scott Koehler, Andrew Koehler, Zach Koehler, Sarah Koehler, Emily Koehler, Robert Bass, Tabitha Bass, Ashlee Bass, Melissa Bass, Melinda Burton, five great grandchildren, three brothers; Fred Johnson of Hebron, Glenn Johnson of Dayton, Ohio, Henry Johnson of Irvine, and 1 sister, Zania Clayton of Alexandria.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Woodhead Funeral Home in Falmouth with Bro. Henry Johnson officiating. Burial was in the Riverside Cemetery. Pallbearers were Rob Bass, Donnie Barbian, Ralph Marshall, Bruce Koehler, Allen Scott, and Ronnie Howard.

Lois Ann Walters, 67
Lois Ann Walters, 67,  of Franklin, Ohio died Friday Sept. 10, 2010 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. Lois was born in Irvine on Aug. 3, 1943 to Tracy and Opal (Covey) Walters. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Hershel Ray and Arthur Douglas Walters. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Lema of Franklin; a granddaughter, Savanna Lema; her husband, John Keith; three brothers, Rev. Tom Walters and wife Elsie, Wallace “Butch” Walters, and Gary Walters and wife Shelli; a sister, Wilma Pennington and husband Jim. Numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and loving friends. Funeral services were Wednesday Sept. 15 at 2 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home in Franklin,  with Rev. Eddie Gardner officiating. Burial was at Woodhill Cemetery.

Deborah Shelton Miracle, 57
Deborah Shelton Miracle, 57, of Cannon, formerly of Mammoth Cave and Irvine, and the widow of Rev. Charles Miracle,  passed away Friday,  Sept. 10, 2010.
She was born in Richmond, on July 1, 1953 , the daughter of James and Mattie Sue Marshall Shelton. She was a former employee of Wal-Mart Inc., of Richmond and Glasgow, and  was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Irvine.  She held a bachelors degree from Clear Creek Baptist Bible College in Pineville.
Survivors include her parents; James and Mattie Sue Shelton, Mammoth Cave; two sons, Rev. Chris Miracle (Becky) of Louisville, Rev. Brian Miracle (Lorie) of Cannon; one brother, Rev. James Robert Shelton (Carlotte) of Louisville;  two sisters, Rejenia New of Somerset and Karen Shelton of Frankfort; four grandchildren, James Cleston, Abagail, Allyson, Dawson Martin and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday, Sept. 13 at the Friendship Baptist Church, 124 South Hudson Ave., Irvine, officiated by her sons, Rev. Brian Miracle and Rev. Chris Miracle. Burial will follow in the Cubbage Cemetery in Bell County.
Arrangements were made by Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home, Richmond.
