KY State Police
•The Kentucky State Police are investigating a break-in at the Pizza Palace on River Drive that occurred over the weekend. Trooper Foley is conducting the investigation and said that entry was gained through a broken window. Anyone with any information about this crime is asked to call KSP Post 7 in Richmond at 859-623-2404.
Irvine Division of Police
•Andrew J. Gill, 24, of Clearview Drive was charged with operating a red Pontiac on a suspended license after he was stopped by Officer Michael Gross because the license plate on his car wasn’t illuminated.
•Almus C. Chapman, 60 of Sweet Lick, was arrested for driving under the influence of alocohol, third offense and driving on a DUI suspended license.
Estill County Sheriff
•Thomas D. Raider, 52, of Doe Creek Road, was arrested by Deputy Russell Morris and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and operating on a suspended license. Morris reported that he observed Raider crosing over the center line three times while driving on South Irvine Road driving a tan 1996 Ford. Raider said he had three drinks. according to Morris’ report he had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage and difficulty standing.
