Grand Jury returns indictments for escapee, 19 others

The Estill County Grand Jury returned indictments for 20 people last week including one for Daniel Patterson charging him with first degree robbery. The grand jury charges that Patterson, 34,  of Hope Estates, robbed the Cash Express on Richmond Road with a metal pipe. Patterson stole $2,919.56. First degree robbery is a Class B felony.
