Buttermilk Pie Katherine Frazier, Clay City 3 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup buttermilk 1 tsp. cornmeal 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 9-inch pie shell Beat eggs, sugar and buttermilk. Add next three ingredients. Mix well and pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
