Neal (and  his dad) have perfect attendance

Jacob Neal was recently honored for having nine years of perfect attendance.  Since beginning preschool, he has not missed a day.  His father, Travis “Rick” Neal, a single dad, has also not missed a day of driving Jacob back and forth to school, every single day.
