Making the schools better for local children is a focus of building and grounds supervisor Randall Christopher.

At a meeting of the Estill County Board of Education Monday at central office Christopher asked the board to approve the hiring of Blake Adams to perform a land survey of the property at West Irvine where the new school will be built. They agreed.
